Time ticks past and the year is drawing to a close however moments are required for you to stop, pause and allow yourself a moment to reflect.... soothing sound waves bathe you during a sound bath allowing time to relax, restore and refresh.....

About the event
sound baths are time to relax, restore and refresh our bodies, souls and minds.
Join me as we lie back and are bathed in soothing sonic waves from gongs, crystal bowls, Himlayan bowls and other musical treats.
doors open at 7.15pm for a 7.30 start
Bring a blanket, yoga mat (or similar), pillow, water and whatever you need to relax
Sadly I cannot run the session if I do not have at least 4 people attending. You will be notified if sound bath is cancelled.
