About the event
WElcome back to the wonderful world of sound bathing. It has been a long time and we all need time now to refelct and restore ourselves. I am loking forwrad to welcoming you back.
Things that are different:
You will need to bring your own mat (for safety we cannot use the school mats)
You will need to bring hand santiser
You need your blankets and pillows and water
if you wish you can wear a mask, however the hall is well ventilated for these sessions
You need to come back and enjoy the soothing vibrations as they fill the space.
