Relaxing isnt something we do naturally .... resting is essential.... Sound baths are a blissful way or doing both without doing anything! Lie back, close your eyes and allow your mind to wander.... what better way to spend an hour....
Doors open at 7.20pm for a 7.30 start (earlier if everyone settled)
