Come and relax and allow the insturments to wash over you..... bring blankets, yoga mats, pillows, chairs or whatever makes you feel comfy and relaxed.
A range of instruments and techniques are used to wash over you and allow your body and mind to switch off and feel completely refreshed and restored. Dont we all need that right now!
