Spectacular sonic sounds will awaken your senses and refresh your body, soul and mind. Sound baths are a time for allowing the mind to restore and relax deeply whilst vibrations wash over you. Join me and the gongs, bowls and other musical treats for this event

About the event
sound baths are time to relax, restore and refresh our bodies, souls and minds.
Join me as we lie back and are bathed in soothing sonic waves from gongs, crystal bowls, Himlayan bowls and other musical treats.
doors open at 7.15pm for a 7.30 start
Bring a blanket, yoga mat (or similar), pillow, water and whatever you need to relax
Sadly I cannot run the session if I do not have at least 4 people attending. You will be notified if sound bath is cancelled.
