as always there will be a range of instruments being played to enabel your bodys own vibrations to be changed and altered depending on what you need. you lie back and relax!
doors open 7.15pm ready for 7.30 start (earlier if everyone is there)
there are blankets and beds but bring your own snuggly items if you wish.
