Taking a moment for yourself is so important right now and sound bathing is so easy. Arrive, relax and let the sonic vibrations work their magic……. Himalayan bowls, powerful
gongs, crystal bowls and therapeutic percussion (along with some surprise instruments). you need to bring a mat, blanket, water, eye pillow or anything you feel will assist you to make a space for relaxation for you. many questions please ask
